Carter Kimble

Carter Kimble, MPH, is the Deputy Secretary for Health and Mental Health in the State of Oklahoma. He was appointed by Governor Kevin Stitt in May 2019. Mr. Kimble’s primary function in this role is to serve as the point person on setting the Governor’s strategy and policy for Oklahoma’s health and mental health agencies. Mr. Kimble has over a decade of experience in health policy working across the spectrum of health care including Medicaid, public health, graduate medical education and mental health. Most recently Mr. Kimble was Director of Policy for Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and OSU- Medical Center.

Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck ([email protected]). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
