Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Anjelica Torcivia (email@example.com) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter. HMA will follow state/local guidelines on vaccination and indoor masking requirements. Vaccinations and boosting are strongly encouraged to ensure optimal protection of attendees and their loved ones.
