Conrad Flick

Conrad L. Flick, MD is Co-President and Co-Medical Director of Community Care Physician Network (CCPN), a statewide network of over 2700 independent primary care physicians in NC. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and managing partner of an independent group practice, Family Medical Associates of Raleigh in Wake County, NC for over 20 years, still practicing near full time. He is past member of the American Academy of Family Physician’s Board of Directors and has served the AAFP as both member and chair of their Committee on Special Constituencies and Commission on Government Affairs. He served as an observer to the American Medical Association’s Relative Value Update Committee (RUC) from 2016-2018 and serves as the current chair of FamMedPAC, the AAFP’s Political Action Committee. He served 10 years on the Board and Executive Committee for the North Carolina Health Care Quality Alliance, a multi-stake holder organization started by the governor in 2008 with the sole purpose of improving the health of the people of NC. He is also a past president of the NC Academy of Family Physicians and an organizing member and served 6 years on the Board of Directors of Wake Key Community Care and chaired it Operation and Finance Committee, one of the largest ACO’s in the country at the time with over 220,000 covered lives and over 300 providers. He received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency at Wake Forest University.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Anjelica Torcivia (atorcivia@healthmanagement.com) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck (lbeck@healthmanagement.com). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
