David Thomas
Mr. Thomas serves as Chief Executive Officer for Markets and Medicaid. From October 2019 through December 2022, David served as Executive Vice President of Markets for Centene. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelis Care from July 2018 through October 2019, and Chief Operating Officer for Fidelis Care from January 2012 through April 2018. Mr. Thomas joined Fidelis Care in 1999 and held positions of increasing responsibility in strategic planning, development, and operations. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business and his Bachelor’s degree of Science from the State University of New York at Albany.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Gabby Palmieri ([email protected]) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck ([email protected]). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
