Harold Carter, Pharm.D.
Harold Carter is responsible for leading medical pharma contracting and drug procurement strategy. Prior to his current role, Harold has held numerous roles across the organization including: strategic development and management of Express Scripts’ Value Based Solutions and Generic Strategy as well as strategic development of Express Scripts’ Advanced Utilization Management Solutions.
In addition to his work at Express Scripts, Harold serves on the advisory council for the Midwest CEPAC group for the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER). Harold also serves as a lecturer at the local pharmacy schools in St. Louis for topics surrounding Managed Care.
Harold graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy with his doctorate in pharmacy.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Anjelica Torcivia (atorcivia@healthmanagement.com) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck (lbeck@healthmanagement.com). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
