Jack Dailey is the Director of Policy and Training at the Consumer Center for Health Education and Advocacy (CCHEA), of the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc., which assists consumers access health care coverage and services. Jack also serves as the Coordinator of the Health Consumer Alliance (HCA), a state-wide partnership of ten health consumer advocacy programs, as well as the National Health Law Program, Western Center on Law and Poverty and Justice in Aging. HCA provides comprehensive health consumer advocacy services in all of California’s 58 counties and translates the lessons learned from individual case advocacy into policy and systems advocacy. Since LASSD’s receipt of the Cal MediConnect Ombudsman grant in 2014, Jack has been involved in all aspects of its implementation, including Ombudsman staff training and management, systems design, and data collection and reporting. Jack participates in systems and policy advocacy on a county and state-wide basis through numerous stakeholder groups and forums.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Lis Diaz (email@example.com) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
