Jaimie White

Jaimie is the Senior Vice President of Medicaid Operations for Humana’s Medicaid portfolio of
products nationally.

Through 20+ years of progressive leadership experience at Humana, Jaimie has accumulatedexpertise in serving the Medicaid, Dual Eligible and Medicare populations across the healthcare landscape, leading strategies to reduce financial barriers to care, drive improved outcomes and partner with community-based resources to address social needs. She has demonstrated experience in P&L management, driving consistent improvement in the member and provider experience, health plan operations and risk mitigation. Prior to moving into a National role, Jaimie served as the Market President for Humana’s Medicaid and Long-Term Care business in Florida, leading Statewide expansion efforts.

In her current role as SVP, Medicaid Operations, she plays a key role in transforming the Medicaid managed care delivery system and operationalizing growth strategy to support over 1,000,000 Medicaid members Humana serves nationally. Her responsibilities include leading and implementing large scale process improvement initiatives, deploying innovative business capabilities and core operating model enhancements across Humana’s National Medicaid footprint.

A native of Tampa, FL, Jaimie is a graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and minor in Sociology. Jaimie has always had an interest in bringing medical services to the underserved population in her community, which contributed to her pursuit of a career in health care.
