Jamo Rubin, MD
Jamo Rubin, MD, is CEO of RightSite Health, a company focused on reducing avoidable ED visits. He is also an Operating Partner at Virgo Investment Group in the Bay Area. Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of TAVHealth (acquired by Signify Health NYSE:SGFY), a company focused on resolving social determinants of health. Before TAVHealth, he was the founder and executive chair at PTRX (acquired by Catamaran/Optum NYSE:UNH), a consumer-oriented pharmacy benefit management company. Before PTRX, he was the founder and CEO of Medical Present Value (acquired by Experian LON:EXPN), a healthcare contract management and payment verification service.
He is the current chair of the Texas Biomedical Research Institute, a biocontainment and primate research center focused on COVID and other infectious disease vaccines and therapies. Appointed by the Texas Insurance Commissioner, he was chair of the Texas Property and Casualty Guaranty Association. He received his MD from UT Southwestern, an MBA from UT Austin, trained at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital, and practiced as a cardiac anesthesiologist before his entrepreneurial career.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Gabby Palmieri ([email protected]) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck ([email protected]). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
