Kelly Clarke
Kelly Clarke (she/her) is the Vice President of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at Vibrant Emotional Health. Vibrant is the administrator of 988 Lifeline, a national crisis line that offers 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing mental health-related distress, with a volume of over 4 million calls/chats/texts per year. Prior to this, she was the Director of NYC Well, New York City’s behavioral health helpline. Kelly has worked across a range of services that focus on improving individuals’ access to behavioral health care.
She is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She has worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States in mental health, substance misuse, child protection, veteran issues and suicide prevention. Kelly serves on various boards and advisory groups, including as a Board Member and Accreditor for the International Council for Helplines.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Gabby Palmieri ([email protected]) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck ([email protected]). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
