Lisa Trumble

SVP of Accountable Care Performance, Cambridge Health Alliance

Lisa M. Trumble’s career is showcased by successes in generating strong financial, competitive and operational results for health care organizations. She has more than 20 years of experience at integrated delivery systems, physician organizations, for-profit and nonprofit organizations and academic, public and private health care systems.

Lisa is currently the senior vice president of accountable care at CHA and the Cambridge Health Alliance Physician Organization. The scope of her responsibility includes system-wide duties for accountable care and population health management. Her responsibilities incorporate payor contracting, financial performance for risk contracting, regulatory oversight and compliance, administrative and clinical programming and all care management functions at CHA. Under her leadership, the organization has realized significant improvements in financial outcomes, medical expense savings and risk contract management performance.

Lisa joined CHA from Berkshire Health System, where she served as vice president of physician services and executive director. She was instrumental in upgrading electronic medical records, improving collections, increasing revenue, and enhancing patient satisfaction for the health system. Lisa also led initiatives to tighten internal controls, reduce costs, increase revenue and improve individual payor reimbursement in her prior role as vice president of finance and operations at the Cambridge Health Alliance Physician Organization.

Previously, Lisa was administrative director for anesthesia and surgery services lines at North Shore Medical Center and chief financial officer at Professional Services Corporation, which is a subsidiary of North Shore. During her early career she held several positions in operations and finance at Commonwealth Health Management Service.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Adams State College and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Healthcare Finance from Western New England University.

Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck (lbeck@healthmanagement.com). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
