Nai Kasick, MPH

Nai Kasick is a Vice President Medi-Cal Lead at Health Net, an affiliate of Centene Corporation, one of the largest Medicaid health plans in the nation. Nai has over 30 years of health care experience and has spent the majority of her career serving low-income, underemployed, culturally and linguistically diverse populations across California., She is currently leading a Central Valley team to execute the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) and Housing and Homelessness Incentive Payment (HHIP) Programs. Before joining Health Net, Nai served as the Senior Director of Health Services at L.A. Care Health Plan where she led innovative initiatives that impacted access to timely preventive and patient care services and launched health disparities and social drivers of health initiatives. Her proudest professional accomplishments include designing and implementing culturally sensitive preventative health programs for Watts Healthcare in south Los Angeles and expanding workforce development programs that helped lift hundreds of individuals out of poverty as the Executive Director of the California Long-Term Care Education Center (Homecare Workers Training Center).
