Natalie Angel is the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) Director at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. Relaunched in 2015, HIP is Indiana’s alternative Medicaid expansion program. The HIP program today serves nearly 400,000 low income adults with a proven, consumer-driven approach that was pioneered in Indiana. The program has been successful in translating commercial market principles into public sector health through the use of tools like health savings-like accounts, member incentives for preventive care, and cost sharing strategies. As the HIP Director, Natalie is responsible for all aspects of the program, including policy development, implementation, operations, federal relations, and quality improvement. Natalie has more than 15 years of experience in public health management and has served in a variety of capacities for the state.
Natalie holds a BS in Political Science from Kansas State University and a MA in Political Science from Purdue University. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and daughter.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Lis Diaz (email@example.com) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
