Charlie Zei

Charlie Zei is the Senior Vice President for Strategy and Government Programs at WellRight. Charlie leads WellRight’s strategy and expansion efforts into government healthcare segments such as Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Charlie is a founding member of PUSH Wellness Solutions, a Chicago-based company that leverages technology and behavioral economics to motivate people to improve their health, producing real benefits for health plans, employers, and members. Before launching PUSH, Charlie managed research projects and quality improvement initiatives at Northwestern Medicine and affiliated community health centers across Chicago. Charlie is also a member of the Population Health Alliance (PHA), a trade association focused on improving population health. He is currently on the Board of Directors for and serves as chair of PHA’s Government Affairs Committee, and is an active member of the Medicaid Continuity & Quality Workgroup.
