Ian Strand is a healthcare executive with 18 years of experience across provider operations, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, and healthcare technology. He began his career as a skilled nursing facility administrator, leading post-acute operations and improving clinical and operational performance.
Ian later helped launch and operate AgeRight Advantage, one of the nation’s first provider-owned Institutional Special Needs Plans (I-SNPs), along with an affiliated medical group delivering on-site care across more than 40 senior care communities. There, he developed care delivery and risk-based models designed to better align providers and payers around clinical and financial outcomes.
Today, Ian works at PointClickCare at the intersection of providers, payers, technology, and clinical care, helping organizations develop sustainable value-based care strategies across the post-acute and long-term care continuum.
