Justus Ruff is Head of Network at Aradigm, where he leads the development of the company’s Center of Excellence network for cell and gene therapies. His work focuses on building provider partnerships and contracting models that expand access to complex, high-cost therapies across commercial and government-sponsored populations.
Prior to Aradigm, Justus was a founding team member and the first employee at Pearl Health, where he helped build and scale a national value-based care platform to more than 3,000 providers managing over 150,000 lives. Earlier, he held network and market development roles at Stellar Health, Clover Health, and Cigna-HealthSpring, working across health plans and provider organizations to build value-based networks, improve performance, and support market expansion.
