Michael Roaldi

Mike currently holds the position of President of Cityblock Health. In this role, he oversees payer relationships, go to market strategy, client support, and overall growth operations. Mike previously served as Chief Growth Officer at UnitedHealthcare Community & State, President of Government Programs for Optum Behavioral Health, and CEO of the UHC Ohio Health Plan. He has 10 years of experience in managed care, social care, LTSS, and value-based care. He serves as an advisor to early stage companies and a venture fund. He is a former attorney and member of the Colorado, Illinois, and Ohio bars. Additionally, Mike is actively involved in charitable work, serving as a governing board member for the Tiny Lives Foundation, which focuses on providing shelter and medical care to children affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Mokhotlong, Lesotho. He previously contributed to The Kennedy Forum Industry Council for Youth Mental Health, a group of industry leaders and policymakers dedicated to improving access to mental health services. Mike earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
