Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a proven track record of driving meaningful outcomes across the healthcare continuum. She began her career as a field-based care manager leveraging this work to support successful design and execution of clinical programs for Medicaid, Dual Eligible populations, and Long-Term Services and Supports within Medicaid Managed Care nationwide.
