Morgan is a consummate search professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in executive and clinical recruitment within both the external and internal search spaces. Her background includes experience in team leadership, full cycle search, client relations, operations, and business development.
Morgan’s focus of the years has been successfully managing and acquiring key clinical and executive talent to support the overall mission and vision of the organizations she served. Going forward her firm will be on partnering with organizations within the Healthcare and Non-Profit spaces to place mission focused, Innovative and dedicated leaders.
Morgan holds a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel Military College, a Master of Health Administration from The Medical University of South Carolina and a B.S. in Psychology from the College of Charleston.

Currently serving as the President for North Carolina’s Chapter of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), she collaborates with a dynamic team of leaders to support the improvement of health outcomes in underserved communities. With a particular focus on providing intent support to Black healthcare leaders at every stage of their careers, Morgan is driving positive change in the healthcare landscape.
As a member of the American Heart Association Circle Cor Vitae, she actively contributes to initiatives that promote heart health and overall well-being. Her dedication to community impact is further evident in her role as a proud Alumni Board Member of the College of Charleston, where she passionately supports her alma mater (Go Cougars!). Additionally, Morgan is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated, a sorority known for its commitment to public service and community engagement.
