Steve Daviss
Dr. Daviss is the chief medical officer for Optum Maryland, the behavioral health administrative services organization for Maryland Medicaid. He has lived and worked in Maryland most of his career, specializing in psychiatry, addiction medicine, as well as in the intersection of psychiatry, primary care, health information technology, data science, and healthcare policy. Dr. Daviss is a Distinguished Life Fellow of APA, past president of the Maryland-DC Society of Addiction Medicine (MDDCSAM) and Maryland Psychiatric Society (MPS), and former medical director for the SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Treatment. He is a co-editor for the 4th edition of The ASAM Criteria and an advisor to URAC, Harmon Care, Iris Telehealth, and M3 Information.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Gabby Palmieri ([email protected]) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck ([email protected]). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
