Tiffany Huyenh-Cho is the Director of California Medicare and Medicaid Advocacy at Justice in Aging. Justice in Aging is an advocacy organization with the mission of improving the lives of low-income older adults. Justice in Aging fights senior poverty by securing access to affordable healthcare, economic security, and the courts for older adults with limited resources. Justice in Aging has decades of experience with Medicare and Medicaid and improving both programs and integration for people dually eligible. At Justice in Aging, Tiffany advocates at the state and federal role to improve the systems serving low-income older adults eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, including California’s Financial Alignment Incentive program. Her efforts focus on enhancing coordination between Medicare and Medicaid and expanding access to Medicaid. Tiffany has 9 years of experience working in direct legal services representing individuals with Medicare and Medicaid and resolving eligibility barriers. Tiffany represented individuals impacted by California’s Financial Alignment Initiative and at Justice in Aging, advocates for enhanced consumer protections during the Financial Alignment Initiative transition. Tiffany has a BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person at any time by notifying Gabby Palmieri ([email protected]) in writing. Cancellations must be made in writing to Lindsey Beck ([email protected]). Refunds minus a 20% service charge are available for cancellations received in writing 45 days or more prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available thereafter.
