Sabra Matovsky, MBA, FACHE

Ms. Matovsky has spent most of her career working where Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) intersect with managed care.  In her current position as the CEO of the non-profit Health Care LA IPA, she leads a 33-member health center-controlled network caring for 750,000 residents of Los Angeles County.   Before moving to Los Angeles, Ms. Matovsky was the San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium CEO, and the founding Executive Vice President of Integrated Health Partners, a subsidiary of Health Center Partners in San Diego.  Prior positions include the Market Leader for Molina Health Care in San Diego for 6 years and the Administrator of Care1st Health Plan for 2 years.  Ms. Matovsky has a BA in Economics and Psychology from Oberlin College and an Executive MBA from San Diego State.
